Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions.
How often should I come in for a cleaning?
Most patients benefit from a professional cleaning every 6 months. Patients with gum disease or other risk factors may need more frequent visits — your doctor will make a personalized recommendation at your exam.
Do you see children?
Absolutely! We love seeing young patients and welcome children from age 1 and up. Nadine has a special talent for making kids feel completely at ease, and we work hard to make dental visits a positive experience from day one.
What if I’m nervous about the dentist?
Dental anxiety is very common, and our entire team is trained to work gently with nervous patients. Please let us know when you call so we can prepare for your visit. We’ll take extra time, explain everything as we go, and work entirely at your pace.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes. If you have a dental emergency — severe pain, a knocked-out tooth, swelling, or a broken tooth — call us immediately at (714) 848-8100. We do our best to accommodate same-day emergency appointments.
How do I know what my insurance will cover?
Call our office before your appointment and we’ll verify your benefits for you. We’ll always provide a clear cost estimate before any treatment begins so there are never any surprises.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, FSA and HSA accounts, and offer flexible payment arrangements for larger treatment plans. We never want cost to be a barrier to the care you need — talk to us and we’ll find a solution that works.
